What we keep, and why.
The short version: we collect what we need to audit your listing, keep it private and delete it when you ask.
What we collect
- Your email, and your name and company if you give them.
- The listing link, basic property details and your checklist answers.
- Photos you upload and reviews you paste in.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept only to stop spam. We never store the address itself.
Why
- To score your listing and send you the results. That's the only use unless you tick the box for design notes.
- Photos are used for your audit only. We never publish them or use them in marketing without asking you first.
Where it's kept
- In our database and private file storage (Supabase, United States). Only our design team can see your audit.
- Your results page has a private link that only you receive. It isn't listed anywhere or indexed by search engines.
Deleting your data
- Email hello@bottomline.design and we'll delete your audit, photos and contact details within 30 days.
- If you ticked the box for design notes, every email has an unsubscribe link.
