We walk through the Direction Sheet, confirm scope and give you a number. Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck.
Step 05
Proposal and deposit
A clear scope, a contract you sign online and a 50% deposit to start.
Scope, timeline and fees on one page. Pick the Design Plan if your own crew installs, or Design + Project Delivery to hand us the keys and get the unit back photo-ready.
Step 06
Plans and sourcing
Floor plans and a shoppable sourcing list in as fast as two weeks.
Real, in-stock pieces at real dimensions, with one or two backups for each, plus a hero render per room so you can approve before anything is ordered.
